MOB Rentals is an approved inflatable and bounce house vendor with the City of Long Beach, which means we can set up in every City of Long Beach park — not just the handful a company without approval can get into. If a rental company cannot show you that approval, the park will turn them away at the gate on the morning of your event.
Two things are on you for a park booking: you buy the park permit directly from the City, and you add a generator rental to your order, because Long Beach parks have no power we can use. We will tell you exactly what the permit needs to say.

Our warehouse is on E Dominguez Street in Carson, about fifteen minutes up the 405 from most of Long Beach. Close enough for the early morning setups that companies driving down from the Valley cannot offer.
Ten Feet From The Edge
Long Beach requires bounce houses to sit at least ten feet clear of private property, parking lots and sidewalks. In the tighter picnic areas that is the constraint that decides which unit fits, so tell us the park and the area number and we will tell you what works.
Not Every Picnic Spot Reaches
The city warns that some picnic spots are secluded enough that a vendor cannot get a unit next to them. If you have a specific area in mind, check it with us before you pay the reservation fee.

All of them. Hard surfaces get sandbags instead of stakes, plus tarps under the unit. Tell us the surface when you book.
We Are On The City's Approved Vendor List
Long Beach runs a genuine approved-vendor system, and MOB Rentals is on the City's published list — you can check it on the city's own bounce house vendor page. That is not a marketing line; it is why we can set up in Long Beach parks when a company without it gets turned away at the gate. The city's rules: bounce houses must sit at least 10 feet from private property, parking lots and sidewalks, generators are only permitted when brought by an approved vendor for the bounce house, and water slides and inflatable water features are not allowed in the parks. Reserve at least three weeks ahead and name us on the application.
Space & Power
Every unit has its own footprint — the exact dimensions are listed on each unit’s page, so measure your space before you book. We also need a standard household outlet within 25 feet of the setup spot, and a clear path at least three feet wide to get the unit in.

How long do I get the bounce house for?
A standard rental covers your party day. For most Long Beach backyard parties we set up in the morning and pick up in the early evening; park rentals follow the time on your City permit. Tell us your start time and we will plan around it.
Do you set up on concrete or a driveway?
Yes. Long Beach has plenty of driveway, courtyard and patio parties. On concrete or asphalt we anchor with sandbags instead of stakes and lay a tarp underneath. Flat grass works great too.
Can I put a bounce house in a Long Beach park?
Yes, and this is the one city where our status genuinely matters. Long Beach only permits moon bounces supplied by companies on the City's authorized vendor list, and MOB Rentals is on it — it is published on the city's own website. Bounce houses have to be set at least 10 feet from private property, parking lots and sidewalks, and water slides and other inflatable water features are not allowed in city parks. Book the picnic reservation at least three weeks ahead and name us as the vendor on the application.

What's the difference between a bounce house and a combo?
A bounce house is a single bounce floor. A combo adds a slide — and sometimes a climbing wall or hoop — in the same unit, which works well for Long Beach parties with a mix of little kids and big kids.
How far in advance should I book?

Talk to us as early as you can. Inflatables can't run safely in high wind or heavy rain, and we'd far rather move your date than put kids in an unsafe unit.
